Solar domicile 1-3

The "Solar-Domizil I+II" is a centrally located condominium complex in the Schloß area of Chemnitz. The first construction phase with 11 apartments was completed in 2017, the second with 18 apartments in fall 2019. A total of 29 apartments were built on approx. 3,000 m² of living space. The final construction phase, "Solar-Domizil III", began in November 2019 and comprises a further 24 apartments, which will be completed by the end of 2021.

The residential complexes impress with modern architecture and a large-scale solar thermal system that covers around 50 % of the heating and hot water requirements - an even higher level of coverage is targeted in "Solar-Domizil III". The residential area on the site of the former castle brewery offers a high quality of life with short distances to the city center, a wide range of leisure activities and sustainable construction methods. The apartments are characterized by individual design, underfloor heating, high-quality fittings, underground parking and barrier-free access.
