Sporthotel / Apartment house Oberwiesenthal

Following the acquisition of the historic sports hotel in 2020, Summit of Saxony Immobilien GmbH invested around EUR 1 million in securing the building fabric. The bed house was converted into a 4-star apartment building with 60 apartments and 9 penthouses. The project combines modern living comfort with a sustainable energy supply based on the Aktivsonnenhaus principle. The new apartment building in Oberwiesenthal offers 69 modern 1- and 2-room apartments as well as penthouses with large balconies or roof terraces. The solar thermal collectors in the penthouses ensure efficient heating and hot water supply and cover over 90 % of the energy requirement.
